Yoga by Theresa offers classes for all abilities and body needs, from smooth Hatha to in-chair yoga, there is something for everyone.

​In-chair yoga, allows those with mobility challenges or balance issues to enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to get down on a floor mat. A huge number of poses—from spinal twists and hip stretches to chest openers and forward bends—can be modified to be performed from a chair.
